Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telesales Executive with strong communication and customer service skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products or services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote company products or services over the phone
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Provide accurate information and handle customer objections effectively
