We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive who is fluent in Malayalam to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Clearly explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Handle queries, objections, and follow up as required
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) & English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident phone presence
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service
- Ability to speak in Hindi is a plus
- Experience in finance, insurance, or loan sales is an advantage
