We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive (Telugu Speaking) with prior experience in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting prospects into customers and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring excellent communication in Telugu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote our financial products/services.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers in Telugu (and English is required).
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales by maintaining a consultative approach.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information on financial products while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Follow up on leads, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience in the fintech industry (loans, payments, forex, trading, insurance, or similar).
- Fluent in Telugu (speaking & understanding is a must).
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and Hindi/English will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple and customer-friendly way.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
