Tele Sales & Customer Support (English & Russian)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bilingual Call Center Agent fluent in English and Russian to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely sales closures.
- Track and manage open cases to resolution.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as necessary.
- Work effectively in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate or facilities management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
