Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of files archived by the external company according to university standards.
- Separate and retain original documents outside of the archived files for secure storage.
- Confirm which documents/files are to be permanently retained and which are approved for secure disposal.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports listing all original documents retained, along with each student’s university ID number.
- Coordinate with the archiving company and the other AU offices if needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of student records throughout the process.
- Assist with any other archiving-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Records Management, Administration, or a related field).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Work Conditions:
Part-time, temporary position tied to the project duration. - On-campus presence is required during working hours.
