The Ticketing and Holiday Packages Specialist is a key member of our travel team, responsible for orchestrating the booking process of flight tickets while simultaneously sourcing, negotiating, and marketing attractive holiday packages. This dynamic role requires mastery of travel reservation systems and excellent communication skills to interface with partner companies. Key Responsibilities
- Flight Ticketing and Reservation Management
- Issue, manage, and monitor flight tickets using advanced reservation systems (e.g., GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar).
- Ensure all ticketing procedures align with airline policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Process booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges accurately while maintaining efficient records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Customer Service and Consultation
- Provide expert advice and tailored travel solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of combined ticketing and holiday packages.
- Address customer inquiries, manage issues efficiently, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Educate clients with relevant travel information including not only the logistics of flight travel but also details on accommodations, itineraries, and local attractions.
