The TikTok LIVE Team is dedicated to creating human-centered, real-time interactive experiences, serving ByteDance international products.

Responsibilities:
- Support TikTok LIVE Creator Network operations (Creator Network: platform’s partner organizations) and assist in addressing their specific needs.
- Monitor and follow up on daily issues faced by Creator Networks, gather product feedback, identify common challenges across regional networks, optimize solutions, develop SOPs, and document service methods and case studies.
- Track key data metrics for Creator Networks regularly, monitor project progress, and ensure the smooth and timely execution of projects.
- Manage localization efforts and adapt local strategies to meet market demands.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination, enhancing overall interdepartmental collaboration efficiency.
