We are urgently looking for 2 timekeepers with a construction background to join our team. The Ideal candidate must have experience in managing workforce attendance, tracking daily manpower reports, and coordinating time logs for workers at project sites, tracking daily manpower reports and coordinating the logs for workers at projects sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily attendance and ensure accurate timekeeping records
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on manpower attendance
- Coordinate with site supervisors for actual man-hours and shift schedules
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of attendance reports
- Maintain record for overtime. leaves and absences
Requirements
- Proven experience as a timekeeper in a construction, engineering services or oil and gas Industry
- Familiarity with labor site operations and manpower control
- Basic Knowledge of MS Excel and timekeeping systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
- Good communication skills
