In-store communication execution of POSMs and Displays:
- Quantify all requirements for an in-store communication activity.
- Initiate all needed requests related to an in-store activity with purchasing.
- Cascade all required artworks to suppliers.
- Collect and ensure alignment on production quotations from suppliers.
- Handel samples to be delivered for marketing and quality to approve.
- Supervise production with suppliers to be available on time.
- Coordinate delivery to merchandisers and implement on ground.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of all in-store communication materials.
- Design sales-kit presenter containing all elements and materials needed for an in-store communication activity.
- Coordinate with all on-ground teams ensuring any required in-store demands are met keeping the shelf and off-shelf presence up-to date and within the standards of execution.
Promo manipulation:
- Track required promo volume forecast on a monthly basis.
- Communicate the required promo volume forecast to supply chain ensuring its in-line with the agreed-on activity sheet.
- Initiate all needed requests related to promo packaging materials with purchasing.
- Follow thorough to get the required approvals/feedback from all concerned stakeholders.
Shelf Presence
- Ensure all planograms are in-line with existing range and latest pack designs.
- Supervise and lead communicating planogram adjustments and updates to merchandisers.
- Align with suppliers on all needed merchandising materials.
- Update sales force team with the latest packs designs.
- Ensure latest pack designs to be implemented in all flyer presence images and social media.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of the planogram.
- Cascade all required tools needed by the merchandising team to implement the in-store material.
- Develop execution standards and guidelines when it comes to implementing in-store communication support for a specific campaign and/or an innovation.
Innovations
- Prepare all required listing templates and communicate them to concerned stakeholders.
- Dispatch all required listing samples to be delivered to sales team.
- Track listing status ensuring it is completed.
Analysis
- Prepare required analysis of sales performance!
- Conduct periodic reports of all in-store executions implemented and analyze their impact on the business with quantifiable measurements.
- Share market visit results and recommendations.
Coverage
- Plan & monitor coverage by division, chain, territory along with sales team.
- Assess & communicate the results as per allocated budget.
- Update universe & recommend most relevant & efficient customers to activate as per budget to optimize the potential sales.
Distribution
- Distribution check v/s MSL by division, category, chain, and territory by (value/volume)
Highlight top & low performances to sales & marketing teams (category, sub-category, product group, top 10, top 50%, top 80%, channel, territory, chain...)
- Compare Category performance with sales & marketing reports to identify business opportunities.
- Use the above tools to optimize the MSL recommendations and market gaps to cover.
