Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services, while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge in Online Sales and B2B Support.
- Use GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) to book and manage flights.
- Provide tailored travel solutions to customers based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Offer expert advice on travel destinations, packages, and travel regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all bookings are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the customer’s requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to confirm bookings and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and new products to provide clients with the best travel options.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and timely responses.
- Process payments, issue tickets, and assist with travel insurance options.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a travel agency.
- Male or Female.
- Proven proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus GDS systems is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, tours, and car rental services.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
