Job Overview:
HudHudTrip is looking for a strategic and driven Country Representative based in Dubai to lead our presence in the UAE and drive brand and business growth across the GCC. This hybrid role combines elements of country management, marketing execution, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will represent HudHudTrip locally, oversee regional campaigns, and build strong ties with global travel providers and local industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Country Management:
- Serve as HudHudTrip’s key representative in the UAE and across the GCC.
- Act as the local point of contact for partners, regulators, suppliers, and media.
- Ensure regional operations align with HQ strategy while adapting to local market needs.
- Monitor and report on local performance metrics, customer behavior, and business risks/opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with key travel providers (hotels, airlines, DMCs, etc.) globally and within the region.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that improve HudHudTrip's inventory and pricing competitiveness.
- Identify growth opportunities through collaborations with tourism boards, influencers, corporate travel buyers, and retail agencies.
Marketing & Brand Execution:
- Lead and localize brand-building efforts in the GCC region, ensuring cultural and strategic fit.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and events to introduce HudHudTrip to new audiences.
- Work closely with the central marketing team to tailor digital and offline campaigns to regional markets.
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy:
- Provide regular insights on the competitive landscape, regional travel trends, and user needs.
- Recommend tactical adjustments to pricing, inventory strategy, or campaign focus based on market feedback.
- Identify and test new go-to-market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or tech startups, preferably with exposure to regional marketing, partnerships, or operations.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC travel markets.
- Proven leadership or cross-functional coordination experience.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
