Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our global government services team in executing and coordinating port operations. The ideal candidate will bring a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced maritime environment.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support port call execution for government and defence clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and global offices to ensure smooth handling of vessel operations.
- Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and service providers via email and calls to clarify requirements and updates.
- Monitor operations data and service logs for accuracy, escalating discrepancies when needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and financial reconciliations using Excel and internal systems.
- Maintain and update operational trackers, port performance metrics, and vessel movement schedules.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, maritime, or defence contracting.
- Prior exposure to naval operations or working with Navy ships is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and concise email etiquette is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work across time zones with geographically dispersed teams.
- Organised, dependable, and capable of prioritising under pressure.
- Familiarity with documentation related to port services, customs, or government logistics is a plus.
