Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up communications.
- Utilize phone etiquette to engage clients professionally and effectively.
- Negotiate terms of sale with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales techniques and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
