- Drive the van to assigned locations and deliver products to retail outlets within the sales territory.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Ensure product availability in all assigned outlets and promote new products when applicable.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and product loyalty.
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring the right products and quantities are delivered on time.
- Manage returns and damaged goods in line with company policies.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at all retail outlets to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional display of all products.
- Conduct stock rotation and remove expired products to maintain the freshness and quality of stock.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing product information as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, collections, returns, and other relevant data.
- Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
- Reconcile daily cash collections and ensure timely submission to the company.
