Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, building strong client relationships, and achieving company revenue targets. This role requires leadership skills, strong knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company sales goals.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure productivity and professional development.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, client meetings, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
- Handle negotiations and resolve conflicts to secure profitable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
