We are looking for a creative Videographer cum Photographer, who will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos for our real estate properties, holiday homes, and restaurant ventures.
- Analyze and plan the composition of photographs and videos
- Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Handle the entire process of video production, including shooting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s style and objectives.
- Use various photographic techniques and lighting equipment
- Enhance the subject’s appearance with natural or artificial light
- Use photo-enhancing software
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance the quality of content.
- Organize and archive visual content for future use.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in videography, photography and editing
- Excellent technical skills, using digital and non-digital cameras and industry-standard software such as Photoshop, illustrator and etc.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video and photography work, particularly in capturing interiors, architecture, and lifestyle settings.
- Real estate, F&B photography/videography is a must
- Preferably candidates with all equipment's and driving license including vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations for shoots.
