Plan, shoot, and edit video content for internal and external purposes, including:
- Promotional videos
- Interviews
- Event coverage
- Behind-the-scenes and company culture footage
- Training and educational materials
- Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and creative teams to align video projects with strategic goals.
- Prepare scripts, shot lists, and storyboards as needed.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling quality across all video outputs.
- Handle post-production tasks including video editing, sound editing, color correction, and motion graphics (if applicable).
- Organize and archive video assets for future reference and reuse.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new techniques or tools for improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned video content.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven interest or experience in videography, even through academic projects, freelance, or personal portfolio.
Must own personal videography equipment, including:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of HD/4K recording
- Tripod, gimbal/stabilizer, and other filming accessories
- Basic lighting equipment (e.g., softbox, ring light)
- External microphone(s) or audio recording device
- Personal laptop with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Familiarity with video editing, color grading, and basic sound mixing.
- Strong storytelling skills and a creative eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and departments, as needed.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects)
- Photography skills
- Experience with corporate video content
- Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
