Job Summary
We are seeking a target-driven Visa Consultant to join our RAK branch. The role involves selling UAE Tourist Visas, visa change services, extensions, and related travel products, along with air ticketing support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in visa sales and GDS ticketing, with a strong focus on customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell UAE Tourist Visas, visa change (A2A), visa extensions, and other visa-related services.
- Handle air ticket issuance, re-issuance, revalidation, and refunds using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
- Provide accurate visa information, documentation guidance, and support to clients.
- Achieve branch sales targets for visas, tickets, and travel products.
- Manage customer interactions (walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries) in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on UAE visa regulations, airline policies, and travel industry trends.
- Maintain proper records, process payments, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE visa sales and air ticketing within a travel agency.
- Proficiency in Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo GDS is mandatory.
- Strong sales orientation with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
- Solid knowledge of UAE visa categories, extensions, and change policies.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Business, or related field preferred.
