Job Description:
We are hiring a Visual Merchandiser for our food company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in merchandising food products across retail outlets, ensuring brand visibility, proper product display, and in-store promotion in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute in-store visual merchandising for food products across supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail stores
- Ensure product displays, shelf layouts, and promotions follow brand guidelines
- Regularly visit store locations to monitor merchandising and replenish stock
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for product launches and seasonal promotions
- Maintain visual standards in alignment with UAE retail practices
- Provide feedback on competitor displays and consumer trends
- Assist in creating POS materials and promotional displays when needed
- Report merchandising activities and provide daily/weekly updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year UAE experience in visual merchandising within the food/FMCG industry
- Good understanding of retail display techniques and consumer behavior
- Attention to detail and creativity in product placement
- Ability to work independently and travel to multiple store locations
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and communication
- UAE driving license is not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
