1. Follow the company policies as outlined in the Employee handbook and Server training manual.
2. Maintain positive attendance record by reporting on time on duty.
3. Follow the company’s standard operating procedure and all sanitation.
4. Follow the guest standard service.
5. Knowledge on the entire menu item offered at the restaurant. Accurately explain to the guest regarding the on the method, ingredients, portion size and the side item accompany with the plate.
6. Observe the table numbering and works in assigned section 100% of the time.
7. Conduct the first greet with guest 1 minute after they are seated to inform that the server acknowledges them and introducing yourself.
8. Taking food order accurately on tables, punching the orders on POS.
9. Prepare guest check/bill and transact the payment correctly.
10. Maintain a good team environment by assisting team member with their station duties and side work where it is a need.
11. Perform side work duties assigned.
12. Serves complete meals to all guests at each table in assigned section.
13. Perform check back procedures with tables within 2 minutes of receiving the meals.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
