Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waitress to join the team at Fika Time. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to customers, ensure orders are accurate and timely, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Waitress/Server in a café or restaurant preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
