Job Summary
Fintrek Marketing is looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our Credit Card Sales team in Abu Dhabi. If you have retail banking experience in the UAE or your home country, and a passion for field sales, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Sell credit card products directly to individual customers
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and outdoor marketing
- Explain features and benefits of credit card offerings clearly and convincingly
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Update CRM and provide regular reporting to team leader/supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of credit card sales experience (UAE or home country)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, etc.)
- Must be present in formal business attire for the interview
