We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Officer to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in boosting revenue and expanding our customer base through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide product information and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
