We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth warehouse operations, efficient inventory control, and on-time dispatching of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse systems.
- Ensure timely order preparation and delivery according to schedule.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments (procurement, sales, logistics).
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Oversee loading and unloading processes.
- Prepare regular inventory and shipment reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a warehouse coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse software (e.g., WMS/ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
