Job Description:
We are hiring a reliable and proactive Warehouse Incharge to manage daily operations at our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring workplace safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching ceramic and sanitary ware products.
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Implement and manage inventory control systems to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise and manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Monitor equipment maintenance and report any damages or required repairs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Incharge or similar role, preferably in ceramics, construction materials, or related industries.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, inventory software, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
