Shiplifier is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead the team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a related degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and safety regulations.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
