We are looking for a bilingual (English and Arabic) Web Project Coordinator with a strong understanding of web and mobile technologies. This role involves managing web and app projects, coordinating with developers and designers, and evaluating ready-made systems or websites for purchase. The candidate must also excel at negotiating with companies and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage web and mobile projects from start to finish.
- Act as the primary contact with web developers, designers, and external partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and quality outcomes.
- Analyze and evaluate ready-made websites, software, or platforms for acquisition or integration.
- Negotiate with external companies to achieve the best terms and partnerships.
- Provide technical guidance and insights on web and mobile technologies.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, and general tech frameworks.
- Proven project management experience with vendors and teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and test technical systems and websites.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Experience with CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and QA testing.
- Basic technical background to evaluate performance and scalability.
