About the Company
Our client is a reputable company based in Slovakia. Due to expansion and increased project volume, we are hiring skilled MIG and TIG welders to join our dynamic and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) or TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, or mild steel components
- Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications
- Prepare welding equipment and materials before operations
- Carry out quality checks and ensure welds meet safety and quality standards
- Use grinders, cutters, and other metalworking tools as necessary
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Work independently or as part of a team in a workshop or production facility
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Proven experience as a MIG or TIG welder (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in one or both welding techniques (MIG / TIG)
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
- Willingness to relocate to Slovakia or already based in Slovakia
Preferred:
- Basic English.

Work Conditions:
- Location: Workshop or onsite fabrication (factory or industrial setting)
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 10 Hours including possible shifts or overtime
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Provided by the employer
