Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Workspace Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role focused on driving workspace sales, delivering exceptional service, and helping professionals find the right environment for their business success.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident in presenting workspace solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new sales leads via inbound inquiries, referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
- Conduct personalized workspace tours for prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored workspace solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with operations and community teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client handover.
- Maintain and update CRM systems; generate regular sales and activity reports.
- Represent Czar Workspace at community events, workshops, and networking sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of sales experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for people and spaces.
