We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D visualization, especially in the field of luxury interiors, architecture, and landscaping. You will be responsible for transforming concepts and sketches into photorealistic 3D renders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D visuals, animations, and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and landscape projects
- Interpret architectural and interior drawings and convert them into realistic renderings
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers
- Develop mood boards and presentation material for client approval
- Collaborate in the conceptual design process
- Ensure visual outputs meet deadlines and design standards
Requirements:
- BS/ Diploma in Autocad, 3D Design, Graphic Design, Animation or Multimedia Design
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer / 3D Visualizer
- Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of Revit and animation software is a plus
- Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques
- Strong portfolio showcasing interior and architectural works
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with a creative mindset and attention to detail
