Position Overview:
Looking for experienced Foreman to oversee operations and manage team of workers. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Art Factory or 3D Printing. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising laborers, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and supporting day-to-day production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply and oversee spray painting techniques for 3D printed models, prototypes, and art pieces.
- Proficienct in color theory, mixing, blending, and layering techniques to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing finishes.
- Ensure surface preparation, priming, and final coatings are completed to professional standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers and workers in the factory.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of production goals.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to workers as needed.
- Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain discipline, address worker concerns, and foster a productive work environment.
- Ensure machinery, tools, and materials are properly used and maintained.
- Prepare basic reports on productivity, attendance, and work progress.
Requirements:
- Preferred background in Art Factory or 3D Printing industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and managerial skills (mandatory).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Problem-solving mindset with good organizational abilities.
