We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualizations for architectural, interior design, and product design projects. You will work closely with designers, architects, and clients to bring their visions to life through realistic and detailed 3D renderings and animations.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models based on architectural and design plans using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, lumion, or other relevant tools.
- Rendering: Produce high-quality renderings, including still images, animations, and virtual reality presentations, to showcase design concepts.
- Texturing and Lighting: Apply textures, materials, and lighting to 3D models to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visualizations.
- Post-Production: Enhance rendered images and animations using post-production software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software in 3D visualization and implement them in your work.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Revit.
- Post-Production Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects, for post-production work.
- Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Flexibility: Adaptable and flexible to work on diverse projects and meet changing client needs.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Professional certifications in 3D visualization or related software.
- Experience: Experience in creating visualizations for architectural and interior design projects.
- VR/AR Skills: Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) visualization.
- Animation Skills: Proficiency in creating animations and walkthroughs.
