The AR Accountant will assist the Financial Controller where required and take ownership of / assist with the following duties :

  • Manage the overall AR process, including cash collection/AR forecasting/cash application.
  • Develop strong working relationships with external clients.
  • Ensure strong communication is maintained with internal functions so that departments follow correct process.
  • Consolidation & reporting for all aspects of Accounts Receivable & WIP.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts receivable on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts to identify inconsistencies
  • Lead internal monthly meetings on aged balances/cash collections.
  • and improve AR processes within department to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop Assist for all types of Audit requirements, specifically on revenue requests.
  • Utilizing the full potential of the new ERP system & CRM to assist with system related controls, processes and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 to AED4,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • accounting: 5 years (Required)
  • Accounts Receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Billing COllection: 1 year (Preferred)
