Collect and process all payments from the restaurant guests
Manage guest complaints and monitor to ensure guest satisfaction
Use the cash register while handling cash transactions
Input all guest cheques in the computerized system and maintain accountability for all financial transactions
Provide excellent customer services

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or its equivalent
Experience as a cashier is highly desired
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer knowledge required
Should have a positive attitude and able to interact well with the customers or guests
Must be smart with an outgoing personality
Should be very good with numbers
