Our brand new sales department in Dubai is looking for an amazing and dynamic Customer Success Manager. The team follows mainly the "Work hard play hard" mindset.

Concretely, you will be responsible of a portfolio of 250-300 companies in the MENA area. What's great in this job is the fact that you will deal with direct customers and resellers, in a team of 20 people.

Your primary goal is to achieve sales target by driving up customer retention and expansion.


Responsibilities

Focusing & developing existing clients

Generating new business

Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions

Excel in transversal sales & product demonstration

Must Have

Business Master degree

0-5 years of relevant experience

Quick & Autonomous learner

Fluent in Arabic and English

UAE Resident

Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

Interest in IT

Dynamic & flexible
