Human Resources Executive

  • Maintaining records of employee-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves) and ensuring all employment requirements are met
  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Supporting the recruitment process by preparing and recording offers

  • Performing orientations, onboarding and updating records with new hires

  • Processing of employee confirmations/ promotions/ transfers

  • Assisting in Probation, Mid-year & Annual performance management procedures
  • Generating employee letters
  • Supporting in ad-hoc HR projects and functions. as assigned
  • Preparing and submitting HR reports
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant field in the Human Resources

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong & updated knowledge in the Human Resources field
  • Should have worked on HRIS preferably Ramco and handled employee data and reports
  • Proficient in MS Office specially excel
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Strong time management & prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
