Job Description


You will support the overall Food & Beverage Kitchen operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to coordinate day to day administration of the kitchen department like filing, coordinating with other department, attendance tracking, ordering items through FMC system etc.


Qualifications
  • College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
  • Administration Skills
  • MS office
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills

Able to relocate to remote resort location
