  • Scheduling client meetings, appointments, business lunches etc
  • Executing and administering travel arrangements
  • Preparing Management Reports and presentation
  • Typing & circulation of internal memos as required
  • Arrangement of Sales Permission letters, NOC letters etc for the stores
  • Perform other assigned duties as required from time to time

  • 5 years of overall experience with minimum of 2 years of local experience working with a Senior Manager.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • An independent person who can work with minimum supervision
  • Should be adept at handling work of confidential nature
  • IT literate with excellent computer skills and ability to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Express
  • Flexible and able to work in a busy environment
