As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery. What You’ll Do Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve, by:

  • As part of the overall CEGBU Professional Services team this Project Management professional will be responsible for managing a high-performance team across EMEA & JAPAC, dedicated to building strategic value-add customer relationships, providing best in class services and ensuring customer satisfaction through management of our Professional Services projects.
  • Guide the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Create and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements.
  • Monitor and reports progress/changes against the plan.
  • Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
Required Skills/Experience What You’ll Bring
  • A BS or BA in related fields. 5–7-year overall experience in functional or technical role.
  • Two years’ experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
  • Enthusiasm, entrepreneurial mindset and customer-centricity.
  • PMP or Prince II Preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5 years’ experience managing large scale client facing software implementations, software upgrade or application development projects or multiple smaller projects at same time.
  • Experience managing a team, a schedule, a customer throughout the full project management lifecycle, from start to successful conclusion.
  • Solid consulting experience and client facing skills (has worked for a consulting company before)
  • Experience of primavera not mandatory.
  • EU citizenship required due to requirement to work on projects across Europe.
  • Willing to work and travel up to 25% time.
