Under direct supervision, performs a variety of assignments involving the recruitment, selection and placement of craft, administrative/clerical, technical, professional or designated positions. Coordinates internal placements and relocations. Provides guidance to projects, supervisors and/or managers to ensure non- discriminatory hiring practices. Refers applicants for job openings, administer pre-employment tests and conduct interviews. Assists with the placement of employment advertising and /or acts as a company representative at external career fairs. Provides mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members. Skills are acquired through an undergraduate degree in business or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
