ABOUT THE FUNCTION

This function is to delight our Rovers at all stages and to maintain a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the shift. The person is the Brand Ambassador and representative of the Rove culture following the Blueprint and its values. The job holder is responsible for the day to day safety & operation of the swimming pool areas and to assist in the fitness activities and general attendant duties in the Recreation areas. This includes the safety, cleanliness and maintenance duties and activities.

  • Recognized lifeguard certification / First Aid / AED
  • Typical Experience: Swimming skills, people skills.
