As a Telesales Manager, you will;

  • Reach Sales target of the Teleselling Sales Channel for all different lines of Business Sales targets
  • Liaise with Marketing to define and implement the marketing campaigns necessary to assure an adequate level of inbound and outbound calls
  • Monitor on a weekly basis the sales KPIs, taking actions to assure the target achievement
  • Assure the visits schedule processes in line with sales targets, to support field sales processes
  • Guarantee precise and reliable data in the CRM system avoiding rework and inefficiency
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback and support marketing activities Responsible for right-sizing of the teleselling team

Desirable skills and background

  • 5+ years’ experience in the role
  • Phone sales techniques and communication skills
  • Long term customer relationship approach
  • Training & developing staff CRM management – knowledge of Salesforce.com is desirable

Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, and ethics complete the desired profile
