Job Summary:
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Account Coordinator to support our Account Manager in handling day-to-day operation interactions, internal coordination, data tracking, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Operations Support
- Facilitate communication and coordination between Operations and Account Management.
- Assist in responding to the operation inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of communication between operations and internal teams.
- Schedule and coordinate the account manager with meetings and the data sheets.
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with Operations Team to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
- Track open tasks and follow-ups to ensure client reports.
Data & Reporting
- Update and manage client data in internal systems and tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel etc.)
- Support in preparing daily,weekly and monthly reports for account manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records collected from the operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in a support or coordination role (preferably in data center or technical services)
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and Microsoft office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
