The Role
As our Account Manager you will be the key to turning early client interest into long term relationships. This is not a cold calling or quota chasing role. It is about strategy insight and care guiding clients from first conversation through discovery scoping proposals and contract sign off.
You will work closely with the Director and General Manager and cross functional teams including design production and engineering to ensure every opportunity is understood scoped right and handed off cleanly to the project team. You will own our pre sales lifecycle manage CRM activity in HubSpot and be the trusted face of Arbitrary to both new and existing clients.
What You Will Do
Lead Conversion and Pipeline Management
- Own the full sales process from discovery to proposal to signed contract
- Conduct strategic discovery calls to understand client needs and project fit
- Coordinate internal input to craft tailored proposals and costings
- Present proposals and lead contract discussions with professionalism and clarity
CRM and Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate up to date records in HubSpot CRM
- Track key metrics including conversion velocity and deal size and report biweekly
- Suggest process improvements to make the sales engine smarter and smoother
Client Strategy and Relationship Building
- Be the trusted point of contact throughout the pre sales phase
- Build lasting client relationships that lead to upsells and repeat work
- Manage expectations navigate objections and always reflect the Arbitrary brand
Market Intelligence
- Monitor trends client needs and competitor offerings
- Share insights with the marketing and leadership teams to stay ahead
Contract and Handoff
- Ensure contracts are legally and operationally sound
- Work with Project Managers to ensure smooth project transition and delivery alignment
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 5 years in client facing roles such as sales account management or business development
- Experience in design build creative services fabrication or architecture is a strong advantage
- Strong proposal writing negotiation and presentation skills
- High CRM proficiency preferably in HubSpot
- Ability to manage multiple leads stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- Passion for problem solving and building solutions from the ground up
What Success Looks Like
- Convert at least 45 percent of qualified leads into signed projects within the first 6 months
- Reduce the average sales cycle to 14 days or less within 9 months
- Maintain 100 percent CRM hygiene with all active deals updated weekly and no more than 5 percent of entries missing required fields
- Close a minimum of AED 1.5 million in project contracts within the first 12 months
- Proactively generate at least 4 outbound qualified opportunity per quarter
