Key Responsibilities:
FMCG BACKGROUND IS A MUST
- Financial Recording & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (sales, purchases, returns, and inventory movement).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Follow up with customers for receivables and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor aging reports and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Inventory & Cost Accounting:
- Track inventory movement across warehouses and outlets.
- Assist in physical stock audits and reconcile variances.
- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), wastage, and returns.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Support preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis.
- Bank & Cash Management:
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and bank reports.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Prepare and file VAT returns and other statutory tax documents.
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of VAT, inventory costing, and local compliance standards.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
