We are looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be confident in managing daily financial tasks in a fast-paced trading environment.
Salary: AED 2,000–2,500
Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry of all transactions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/supplier accounts
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other compliance documents
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
- Support the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Experience in the trading or construction industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
