We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strict background in the construction industry to join our dynamic team. If you do not have construction accounting experience, please do not apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to construction projects
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Handle job costing, progress billings, and retention accounting
- Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with construction contracts
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to tax regulations
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry
- Solid understanding of construction-specific financial practices
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Immediate availability to join
Note: Candidates without construction accounting experience will not be considered. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
