Job Description :
Accounting Responsibilities
* Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded, maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
* Manage Petty Cash entries and post entries of daily operation expenses and other expenses.
* Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance and minimizing risk of loss.
* Manage documentation and filing systems for financial records to support operational efficiency and data retrieval.
* Prepare salaries with overtime , Preparation of WPS report and submission for salary release .
* Update accounts receivable/payable and issue invoices.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements , monthly and yearly , Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and reports for Management , Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
* Review expenses, assets, payroll records etc.
* Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a must.
Experience in accounting roles, preferably in Fashion field.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting softwareand Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Knowledge of Odoo system is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong personality and proficient decision-making and reporting skills to management.
Job Type: Full-time 9AM - 7 PM
Contract Length : 6 Months
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
