We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE or GCC to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Monitor cash flow and keep accurate financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports
- Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with Corporate Tax requirements in the UAE
- Maintain ledgers and support daily accounting operations
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE or GCC
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Familiar with accounting software like ERP.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible with working hours and able to meet deadlines
