Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to support our finance team in managing real estate financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, particularly within the UAE real estate sector, and be ACCA or CMA certified. This role will assist in reconciling financial transactions, managing commissions, and ensuring VAT compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Accountant in reconciling financial transactions and processing vendor payments
- Manage commission structures, track client payments, and monitor operational costs
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records in line with company policies and UAE standards
- Reconcile off-plan and secondary market transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support internal and external audit procedures
- Handle full-cycle accounting tasks including:
- Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- General Ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and real estate financial regulations
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Required Qualifications:
- ACCA or CMA certification (Mandatory)
- 1–5 years of UAE accounting experience in the real estate sector
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
